From January 2nd to 31st, earn stars by coming to the studio! Earn a star for attendance in drop-in classes, series, privates, open pole, pole rentals, workshops...any class counts! Each registration gets you closer to claiming some incredible new prizes- Compete to be one of our top 3 students, and you could win: 

1st place: VIP access for a month or a 5-pack of privates. 

2nd place: 10 classes/month new membership. 

3rd place: 5-class pack or workshop bundle.

Weekly Star Spotlight: The January Challenge also has a Weekly Star Spotlight! Each week, one participant with at least one star earned that week will be randomly selected to win a free drop-in class or room rental.

General Rules: 

The studio will have a schedule block that students can sign up for the challenge when they arrive.  Place 1 star in square by your name for each schedule block registration, including classes (60 or 105 min), privates (60 or 90), open pole, pole rentals (60 or 90), workshops, community pole jam, comm book club, and affinity classes. Stars are awarded for each registration, multiple registrations in a day count towards your total. Top 3 students with the most stars by January 31st will be awarded prizes. 

Prizes: 

1st place VIP x 1 month or 5 pack of 60 min privates ($375). 

2nd place 250 for 10 classes/month ($250) 

3rd place 5 classes/month ($135) or 3 workshop pack (inc guest) ($140-180) 

Ties: Name will be drawn at random if ties take place. If 2 people tie for 1st place, the first name drawn will obtain 1st place, the 2nd name will win 2nd place. The next highest number will obtain 3rd place. If more than 3 winners, each winner eligible for consolation prizes ($100 acct balance)- this will be awarded to participants who were bumped from places 1-3 due to a tie breaker.

Fine Print:

1. Eligibility:

• Open to all active students at Trinity during the challenge period (January 2–31, 2025).

• Participants must have a valid Fitdegree account to track registrations and stars.

2. Challenge Rules:

• Stars are awarded for each individual registration, including scheduled blocks for classes (60 or 105 min), privates (60 or 90 min), open pole, pole rentals (60 or 90 min), workshops, community pole jam, book club, and affinity classes.

• Multiple registrations within a single day will each count toward your total.

• Canceled registrations will not earn stars. No retroactive stars for missed or unbooked sessions. No-shows or late cancellations do not count toward attendance. 

3. Weekly Star Spotlight:

• Each week, one participant with at least one star earned that week will be randomly selected to win a free drop-in class or room rental.

• Winners will be announced weekly via email and studio social media.

4. Prize Rules:

• Top 3 students with the most stars by January 31, 2024, will receive prizes as outlined.

• In the event of a tie for any prize tier, names will be drawn at random to determine placement.

• Participants bumped from the top 3 due to tie-breaking will receive a consolation prize of a $100 account balance.

5. Tracking & Disputes:

• Stars are tracked by students in the studio and audited using automatically through our booking system.

• It is the participant's responsibility to ensure registrations are properly recorded.

• Any disputes or discrepancies must be reported by February 2, 2024.

6. Additional Terms:

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• All prizes must be claimed by March 31, 2024, unless otherwise stated.

• Discounts or promo codes offered during the challenge cannot be combined with other promotions or applied retroactively.

7. Code of Conduct:

• Participants must follow studio policies and maintain a respectful and supportive atmosphere during the challenge.

• Trinity reserves the right to disqualify participants for violating studio rules or engaging in disruptive behavior.

8. Changes & Cancellations:

• Trinity reserves the right to modify challenge rules, prizes, or policies at any time.

• Any changes will be communicated via email and posted in the studio.
