Boudoir Dance Drop-In/Basic Boudoir Series: Graduated from Pole 101 or Boudoir 101 series.
Intermediate Boudoir Series: Boudoir Basic Series AND instructor approval.
Advanced Boudoir Series: Completed all 6 weeks of Intermediate Boudoir, AND instructor approval.
Spins
This is truly the next level of courses to work on more technical pole spins. The warm-up is very similar to 101, but you also incorporate climbing time and learning new pole spins every week into the class.

Heels
Try out Dancing with Heels! Perfect for all levels, you'll improve your balance, strength, and poise in Heels classes. We focus on technique, playing with fundamentals of gliding, threading, floating and more! Come learn the foundations of Heels or play in one of our choreography-based classes.

Basic Heels Series: All levels once completed Pole or Boudoir 101.
Intermediate Heels Series: Completed all six weeks of Basic Heels AND instructor approval.
Advanced Heels Series:
Floorwork
In this class you learn the technical fundamentals of the floorwork movements and explore your authentic freestyle on the floor. Some ofthe move you’ll learn are forward/backward rolls, shoulder stands, and pole transitions from the floor.

Intermediate Floorwork Series: Basic floorwork series, comfortable with Forward roll and Backward roll- Video

Inversions
Take things upside down! We take a dual approach to inversions, helping people in all bodies to get upside down by descending or lifting into their inversions. We will work on flexibility, handstands, and pole inversions meeting you at your level.

Inversion 101 Drop-In/Inversion 101 6-week series/Inversion 101/Basic Drop-In:
