Mission & Values

Trinity Studio focuses on 3 core categories of classes: freestyle dance, aerial pole, and fitness-based movement. Classes combine all three categories for a well rounded and empowering experience. Trinity embraces students of all ages, races, sizes and abilities. Trinity aims to create a safe space for dancers to explore creativity and authentic movement.

Safety & Safe Space:
The core of trinity

We hope to empower our community to feel confident and secure in their pole practice, and to create a supportive space that fosters growth and healing. Discrimination based on color, religion, physical appearance, physical ability, national or ethnic origin, or age will not be tolerated. We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment of any kind in our studio.

STUDENT SAFETY

We encourage students to communicate their needs and boundaries with their instructors. We recognize that many individuals have experienced trauma in their lives. To best create a trauma-informed environment, we do not diagnose students or require disclosure of any past trauma. Instead, we can provide resources for students and encourage open communication and feedback if needed.

INSTRUCTOR & STAFF SAFETY

Trinity is prioritizing instructor and staff health and the work-life balance. We believe that by supporting our staff, they provide the best possible experience for our clients. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for staff that includes compassion, data-driven policy change, and focus on their physical and mental well-being.

Dress Code:
Please come to class fully prepared to move at the appropriate level for your class. Please take off your shoes after arrival. There are designated areas for all your items from shoes to bags. The studio also provide loaner shorts if needed as well as loaner knee pads and heels. NOTE: Nudity is not permitted in group classes.

  • No large drop style earrings or rings are permitted while participating in classes, as jewelry can damage the poles.

  • Do not apply lotion or oils (which make gripping the pole difficult and dangerous) on the day of class.

  • Do not wear heavily-scented perfume to class, out of regard for your fellow students.

Respecting the Equipment:
Students are expected to be respectful of Trinity's equipment. Equipment damaged due to students negligence may be charged to the student's account. Students are also expected to share equipment with others in class.

Filming and Photography:
Filming during class for personal use (e.g. at-home practice) is only permitted in certain classes and only with instructor permission. Filming and photography for public use must include explicit consent of both the instructor and classmates. We love seeing students share their progress and experience with the world, but they must ask the instructor and must be considerate and respectful of the privacy of other students.

Alcohol & Drug Policy:
Alcohol consumption and drug use are not permitted before or during physical activities at the studio. Students under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave class and will forfeit their class credit.

Safety and Safe Space:
We hope to empower our students to feel confident and secure in their pole practice, and to create a supportive community that fosters growth and healing.

For the safety of our instructors and students, we reserve the right to dismiss any student or participant who is violating our safety policies. Please refrain from coaching, instructing, or spotting fellow students. Discrimination based on color, religion, physical appearance, physical ability, national or ethnic origin, or age will not be tolerated. We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment of any kind.

We also recognize that many individuals have experienced trauma in their lives. To best create a trauma-informed environment, we do not diagnose students or require disclosure of any past trauma. Instead, we can provide resources for students and encourage open communication and feedback.

If a student discloses past trauma or shares any other concerns related to their physical or emotional well-being, we will listen with compassion and respect. We do not pressure students to share more than they feel comfortable with, and we do not make assumptions about their experiences. We encourage students to communicate their needs and boundaries with their instructors, and we will always prioritize the safety and well-being of our students.

Minor Policy:
We allow 18+ into our group classes. For anyone 18 and under, we’re happy to set up private lessons or group events for you to learn. Contact info@trinitypole.com for more information.
