Working towards a move that needs more back flexibility and you just need more guidance? This workshop is for you. This will be a long format yoga class focused completely on backbends. Props will be utilized. The end of class will feature core work to strengthen your back after lots of bends and then a juicy supported savasana.
Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
