This workshop will focus on both strengthening and mobilizing neck movement to use head movement in your dance and allow your hair to flow freely. Your neck will thank you for the extra love and support. After an upper body-focused warm-up and movement exploration through exercises, this workshop will culminate in fun, sultry Accents to incorporate into your freestyle dance. Any hair length and hair texture will work, and even no hair is required!

Pre-requisites: Completed Pole or Boudoir 101. Not experiencing any current neck injuries.

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
