Schedule: 6-week series on Sundays from 7:30-8:30 PM, beginning October 27 and ending on December 1.
Class 1: October 27
Class 2: November 3
Class 3: November 10
Class 4: November 17
Class 5: November 24
Class 6: December 1
This 1 hr class will take you through functional strengthening and stretching movements to build your splits. Students will have the opportunity to grow and watch their progress on their splits.
No Pre-requisites
Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
Pass Required: 6 weeks one-hour series
Recording: This class allows dance recordings!
