1 Hour Splits Series

Schedule: 6-week series on Tuesday from 6:45-7:45 PM, beginning January 7 and ending on February 11.

  • Class 1: January 7

  • Class 2: January 14

  • Class 3: January 21

  • Class 4: January 28

  • Class 5: February 4

  • Class 6: February 11

This 1 hr class will take you through functional strengthening and stretching movements to build your splits. Students will have the opportunity to grow and watch their progress on their splits.

No Pre-requisites

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Pass Required: 6 weeks one-hour series or 60 minutes drop in single

Recording: This class allows dance recordings!
