Schedule: 6-week series on Sunday from 4:00-5:00 PM, beginning February 16 and ending on March 23.
Class 1: February 16
Class 2: February 23
Class 3: March 2
Class 4: March 9
Class 5: March 16
Class 6: March 23
This 1 hr class will take you through functional strengthening and stretching movements to build your splits. Students will have the opportunity to grow and watch their progress on their splits.
No Pre-requisites
Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
Pass Required: 6 weeks one-hour series or 60 minutes drop in single
Recording: This class allows dance recordings!
