Healthy Soul, Happy Pole: A holistic health and self-care series for aerialists.
Are you ready to elevate your training, overcome plateaus, and enhance everyday wellness? Every aspect of our lives influences how we feel the moment we step into the studio. This workshop spotlights the foundations of holistic wellness for pole are aerial athletes. We will deep dive the essentials of self-care; covering topics such as holistic nutrition, health mindset, optimal sleep, training schedule structure, injury prevention/recovery, and cross-training. Interactive exercises to meet their individual needs. Whether a newbie or a seasoned performer, this course is aimed to foster body appreciation and will empower you with knowledge on how to adjust your everyday habits so you feel great in and out of the studio.

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
