Schedule: 6-week series on Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 PM, beginning January 9 and ending on February 13.

  • Class 4: January 30

  • Class 5: February 6

  • Class 6: February 13

Welcome to Ballet! Never got to take ballet classes growing up? Looking to cross-train with creative movement? Or bring additional fluidity and grace to your poling? This 6-week course is tailored to adults as an intro to the world of Ballet.

Join Jennie in this beginner series and learn standard foot and body positions, barre exercises, and even some center and across-the-floor movement. You’ll walk out of class feeling taller, centered, and serene.

Dress: Please wear form-fitting clothing and have your hair pulled away from your face. Canvas ballet shoes are helpful but not required.

Prerequisites: Has completed a pole 101 series at Trinity. All levels of experience welcome to this introductory ballet course.

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Pass Required: 6 Week One Hour Series or Standard Drop in

Recording: This class allows dance recordings!
