This workshop will focus on both strengthening and mobilizing neck movement so your hair will flow freely and your neck will thank you for the extra love and support. After an indulgent warm-up and movement exploration exercises, this workshop will culminate in fun, sultry Hairography Techniques to incorporate into your freestyle dance. Any hair length and hair texture will work!

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Requirements: Graduated Pole or Boudoir 101. Not experiencing any current neck injuries.
