This workshop helps you explore ways to open up for abstract Boudoir dance expression utilized through the entire body from head to toe.

Emphasis on taking the musical beat or rhythm as a way to allow the accent to contribute to the articulation of the musical phrase. Finding the Boudoir wave and flow with the music as you create shifts within your dance with the use of accents, weight change, and even pauses and Sound. Movements inspired by Jazz and contemporary dance movements to help you explore yourself and the music.

Lots of standing movements and travel exploration. Bring LOTS of water and be ready to move.

Pre-requisites: Pole or Boudoir 101

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
