Principal Boudoir Instructor @ Trinity Studios. +20 years Dance experience + contemporary/modern - Jazz - ballet -musical theatre - partner dancing - performance artist.
Teaching Boudoir / Pole for 7 years.
As I create a safe space for dancers I encourage breath and meditation to create a cleansed palate to allow dancers to be Freeform and fluid. Encouraging students to get out of their heads and bring in the emotional / present connection to their dance. Also majoring in Floorwork movement that combines physical dance strength blended with the Boudoir Flow.
