Join us for this Spin Pole Workshop, which will focus on the basic fundamentals of spin pole. All pole work will be on spin mode!

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Requirements: Graduated Pole 101 (proper shoulder engagement is critical for this class so 6 Basic Spins classes and a Basic Climb are recommended!)

Pass Required: Specialty Workshop
