Let's dive deeper into technique with 6 Weeks of Advanced Heels! In this series, we will explore the power of the upper body to create fluidity and flow. This class includes challenging conditioning exercises to build strength and muscle memory. Techniques covered include edgework and stilleto work, gliding, more complex legplay and more! This is the perfect class to take your Heels dance to the next level while learning a new challenging Heels routine!
Special Note: Advanced Heels Series is best suitable for 8-9” heels. Knee pads are required!
Prerequisites: Strong, stable pirouettes, holding your body weight with your arms (Split Grip/Angel Spin) and Pole Assisted Shoulder Stand
Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
