1 Hour Backbend Series or drop in

Schedule: 6-week series on Sunday from 7:30-8:30 PM, beginning September 15 and ending on October 20.

  • Class 1: September 15

  • Class 2: September 22

  • Class 3: September 29

  • Class 4: October 6

  • Class 5: October 13

  • Class 6: October 20

This six-week one-hour series will focus on safely increasing your back flexibility and strength. The course will focus on your core, moving into a full backbend bridge and safely protecting your back at the end with core foundations. Modifications will be available and props will be utilized.

No Pre-requisites

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Pass Required: 6 weeks one-hour series or 60 minutes drop in pass

Recording: This class allows dance recordings!
