Try our new 60-minute style technical-focused Intermediate Spins class for those that want to learn the pole spins in a shorter class length. Learn spins and incorporate them into your freestyle dance at the Intermediate level. Many of the lessons at this level require holding poses on the pole, so strength and proper shoulder engagement are critical to staying safe in this class.

Try our new 60-minute style technical-focused Intermediate Spins class for those that want to learn the pole spins in a shorter class length.
