Strength and Flexibility Yoga

This 1 hr yoga class will start with an intention to bring you present in your body. It will then take you through a flow focused on functional movement, the use of props to find more active flexibility and strength. Class will finish with a peak pose and savasana. Yoga is a connection of mind, body, and spirit; when we practice yoga we choose how to show up, and this weekly class will be to bring a little focus on joy.

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Pass Required: 60 Minute Drop-In or Trinity Membership
