Summer solstice is upon us and marks the longest day of the year and the start of summer. This workshop will honor, celebrate, and connect with the energy of the summer through breath, meditation, and movement to harness the sun and transformative energy of the Summer Solstice, with a focused flow for our Solar Plexus chakra, and will balance that heat with longer held Yin Yoga stretching, and conclude with a 20 minute sound bath Savasana, and Journal Reflection time. Recommended: Comfortable clothing, bolsters, pillows, eye mask, or blankets that will allow you to lay comfortable on the floor and allow you to absorb this experience fully.
