This workshop is dedicated to all things climbing… conditioning exercises, proper muscle engagement, form, and technique that will have you off the ground in no time.
This workshop is ideal for those who are new to climbing or those who want to gain strength and flow in their climbs. You will learn basic and bracket climbing styles and work on dancing your climb.
SHORTS REQUIRED
Pre-requisites: Pole or Boudoir 101
Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
