Intermediate Spins Intensive Review - Series 7

Join us for this fun, fast-paced two-hour intensive, solely dedicated to fine-tuning and working through lessons from Series 1 of our Intermediate Spins Curriculum. We will work through spins, transitions, and climbing variations- if you would like to relearn, practice, or fine-tune your Intermediate spins, this is the workshop for you! Some examples of the curriculum covered include baby bird, sitting bird, leaps, embrace, dirty dancer, upright moon beam and more!

Prerequisites: 2 one-handed spins on dominating and non-dominating sides, Confident side and basic climb on both sides, Aerial pole crunch **must be passed by an instructor before registering - contact info@ for questions.

*NO LATE ARRIVALS will be permitted. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Doors will lock promptly at the start of class.
