Perimenopause for Pole Workshop

Instructor: Jenna

Are you an aerialist striving to break through plateaus, enhance your performance, and navigate the world of health information? Your overall wellness plays a key role in your training and performance. This workshop is designed to bridge the gap between aerial athletes and holistic wellness, offering you the tools to thrive—both in the studio and beyond.

In this immersive session, we'll explore the core elements of self-care that support optimal performance for pole and aerial athletes. This workshop will touch on a crucial aspect of women’s health—perimenopause—which can deeply impact training, energy levels, and recovery. We’ll discuss how this transition period can affect your body, how to listen to its cues, and what strategies can help you maintain peak performance and wellness during this phase of life.

Other topics include: Mindset Mastery: Cultivating a healthy mental approach to training, competition, and recovery. Training Structure: Building a balanced routine to avoid burnout, prevent injury, and see consistent progress. Injury Prevention & Recovery: Self-care strategies to keep your body and mind strong and resilient.

Whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned performer, this workshop encourages body appreciation, holistic health, and sustainable growth.

A bit about me: Dr. Jenna Zampiello graduated from Bastyr University in 2010. She has been practicing Naturopathic medicine and acupuncture in the Seattle community ever since. Her clinical focus includes women's health, optimal hormones for men and women, digestion, wellness for master's athletes, allergies, autoimmune issues, and chronic illness. This course is the true bread and butter of the culmination of my aerial and clinical experience. She currently practices in Lynnwood, WA at Interactive Health Clinic.
