Get ready to level up your heel work in this high-energy heels class! We’ll focus on mastering a variety of dramatic, hardstyle drops with control and confidence while focusing on safe and effective landings.
Attire: 8" heels with covered toes highly recommend and Kneepads required.
Pre-reqs: Healthy knees and wrists, Intermediate level heelwork, Solid float in a strong hold grip (pole crunch, chopper), Float in a split and reverse split grip, Confident one-handed spins
*NO LATE ARRIVALS will be permitted. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Doors will lock promptly at the start of class.
