This immersive workshop is designed for intermediate to advanced dancers interested in exploring low -low and flow work. Participants will discover creative ways to move with ease and fluidity through playful transitions and engaging sequences. The workshop includes a versatile short choreography that can be adapted to any music. The techniques learned can also be applied to creatively move between apparatuses and discover new, inventive ways to approach them. Whether you’re looking to unlock fresh movement ideas or deepen your flow, this workshop opens up a world of creative possibilities. Please bring socks, kneepads, wear leggings, and a long-sleeved shirt!

Guest Instructor: Luba Brodskaia is a passionate mover with over 10 years of experience in movement and dance. With a strong background in pole sports, Luba has competed in numerous Pole Sport Organization championships, showcasing her commitment to both the technical and athletic aspects of dance. Today, Luba has shifted her focus to exploring and creating movement through the art of low flow and floorwork. Through InFlow Movements, Luba leads workshops designed to help dancers of all levels tap into their expressive potential, with an emphasis on low flow and floorwork. Dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, Luba encourages participants to explore their unique movement styles while building confidence and personal expression.

Prerequisites: Confident backward roll; currently progressing in forearm stands and shoulder stands.

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
