So, you’ve climbed to the top of the pole, now what?! First off, congrats! climbing a pole is hard work. Sometimes effortlessly dancing your way back to solid land can feel like a head-scratcher.

In this series, you will build a repertoire of pole descents and static rotations where you twirl around a static pole, utilizing momentum, body position, and grip.

Pre-requisites: Comfortable climbing to the top of the pole, confident one-handed spins.

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Pass Required: 3 Week Series
