Are you ready to become more confident in your handstands? This workshop is designed to solidify the foundations of hand balancing for those who are familiar with kicking up into a handstand and those who are building strength and awareness to do so. We will break down the fundamental components for hand balancing and work on drills that you can add to your daily practice to help you hold handstands longer, and enter/exit with control.
We will work on the basic hand and forearm balances incorporating the pole. This workshop is a great option for a novice handstander or a more progressed student looking for ways to improve.
Pre-requisites: Healthy wrists and shoulders and the desire to be upside down.
Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
