Welcome to Intermediate Spins Prep!

Have you been taking Basic Spins and want to see if you're ready for Intermediate Spins?

Has it been a while since you've been to Intermediate Spins, or do you want to see if this class is a right fit for your pole experience?

Can you do some of the pre-requisites but not all and want individual help on how to achieve your goals?

Then this class is for you!

This prep class will review core moves and holds required for Intermediate Spins and a discussion on progressing to your next level. Each student will get custom time with the instructor to discuss their goals, try moves, and receive recommendations for either continuing on to Intermediate Spins or suggestions to get them ready.

With the Intermediate Spins curriculum restarting at the beginning of January, come play and advance your pole journey!

Prerequisites for the Prep Workshop: Controlled pole crunch from the ground Bracket Climb on static, working on side climb Pole 101 and knowing at least 6 spins.

Required Pre-requisites for Intermediate Spins Drop-In: 2 one-handed spins on dominate and non-dominate sides - Confident side and basic climb on both sides Aerial pole crunch

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
