Inversions 101 Drop-In is dedicated to teaching and breaking down our Basic Inversions progression! This class is designed for students who are new to inversions and are interested in learning this progression in a series format, and for any inversion student looking to work on mastering those basic skills. This class will also work on the freestyle aspect of Boudoir Dance.

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Requirements: Meets most pre-requisites for Basic Inversions. Please discuss with your Basic Spins instructor to be passed into this particular series.

Pass Required: Standard Drop-In or Trinity Membership
