Is Butterfly one of your favorite inversions? Or maybe it would be if you knew a different entry? Then this is the workshop for you!

In this workshop, you will learn multiple entries into butterfly, ranging from basic to intermediate skill level!

Shorts required!

Pre-requisites: Strong outside or inside leg hang, Strong stopper grip float, 6 basic inversion classes.

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
