Is Butterfly one of your favorite inversions? Do you feel like you always exit always the same way and want to change it up? Then this is the workshop for you!

In this workshop, you will learn multiple exits from butterfly, ranging from basic to intermediate skill level!

Shorts required!

Pre-requisites: Strong outside or inside leg hang, Strong stopper grip float, 6 basic inversion classes.

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
