Join us for a comprehensive 6-week Handstand Foundations series designed for beginners looking to master proper form and build a strong, stable handstand. We’ll focus on essential techniques and targeted conditioning exercises to develop both strength and stamina. As you progress, you’ll have the option to integrate handstands at the base of the pole, adding an exciting dimension to your practice.
Whether you're new to handstands or looking to refine your technique, this series will provide the support and guidance you need to elevate your skills with confidence.
Pre-Requisites: Healthy shoulders and wrists. We will work on the basic hand and forearm balances incorporating the pole. This series is a great option for a novice hand stander or a more progressed student looking for ways to improve.
Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
